I conducted interviews with the owners of Wasser's furniture to understand the content they desired to display on their website. Quantitative data was collected via survey to Wasser's Furniture customers. Results indicated a need to improve the layout, organization, and feel of the website.
PERSONA
SKETCHES
Wasser's offers high-end products to customers who make large purchases after visiting the store multiple times. Customers prefer to browse products online and then come into the store to view products, customize furniture, work with a designer, and purchase large items. The website is mostly used for browsing and needed to have a section to feature designers and styles. It was also important for Wasser's reputation and customer service to be highlighted on the website.
